OUR TEAM

Our senior management team, associates and consultants provide the broad experience and industry expertise required to design client tailored solutions.

The team’s areas of expertise includes independent fiduciary, operational and advisory services, investment management, corporate finance, private banking, illiquid asset class specialisms and includes professionals experienced in the areas of investment analysis, accounting, banking and trusts through to mediation, investigatory, business recovery and insolvency. Each client mandate is led by a senior member of the team with in excess of 15 years of experience.

The full team includes native speakers of English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Experience – our senior management team each have extensive market experience, having acted for over 200 investment entities and advised or managed the return of capital to investors of in excess of US$6 billion across multiple asset classes.
Responsibility – our team has been entrusted to provide services to many of the alternative investment industry’s most complex matters whether acting as advisor, managing member, GP, or SIBA manager or as a fiduciary to funds, private investment companies, SPCs and protector/enforcer to trust structures

Partnership attitude – we approach each client relationship as an opportunity for a long-term and broader partnership, to support clients beyond their initial needs and throughout the investment fund’s life cycle. This may include new launches, capital raising, operational changes, sourcing investment opportunities, through to corporate finance, secondary market and wind down services.
Capacity – each Kingfisher director is CIMA registered and only acts for a limited number of entities, so they can devote the necessary time to the affairs of a client in a personal, focused and responsive manner.
Bespoke & independent – as a privately owned and managed business we offer the flexibility to design service and cost structure solutions bespoke to each client’s needs and to maintain independence from economic affiliations with other service providers.
